WHO ARE WE
PROFESSIONALISM MEETS NEW AGE TERMINOLOGY
We are certified helpers
We’re more than therapists—we’re companions in your healing journey. Welcome to Lilith: Integrative Therapy Center—a sacred space where deep healing meets professional guidance. With a foundation in certified therapeutic modalities and a heart attuned to the language of soul work, we specialize in shadow work, inner child healing, and holistic transformation. Blending evidence-based practices with intuitive insight and New Age wisdom, we offer a grounded, safe, and compassionate environment for individuals ready to reclaim their wholeness. This is more than therapy—it’s a journey back to your authentic self.

We promote and encourage group therapy
We discovered throughout the years that group therapy can and will do wonders, for anyone that does want to give connection a try in a safely guided space. We grew a small community of recurring participants together and we love to be a vessel and coordinator for the excitement and palette of emotions a group therapy session will bring. You too, can join.

WE LIKE YOU AS YOU ARE
We embrace authenticity.
We pride ourselves with being able to stay authentic ourselves throughout the years. We hope that regardless of any societal pressures, you feel safe enough to know we embrace anyone, and that your heart, mind and body are safe, seen, heard and embraced within our space. We are committed to creating a healing space that is inclusive, affirming, and accessible to all. We welcome individuals of every race, gender identity, sexual orientation, cultural background, ability status, and spiritual belief system. Our practice is trauma-informed and actively anti-oppressive. We honor the unique lived experiences each person brings, and we strive to provide accommodations and support that make our services accessible and empowering for everyone.
